INGREDIENTS(配料,常指烹饪食材)
1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup grated semisweet chocolate (半甜巧克力,常用于烹调,在中国这种说法可能比较 少见,是一种减少糖份的(通常是50%)黑巧克力)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs 3/4 cup sour cream (酸奶油)
1 teaspoon baking soda ( 小苏打)
1 tablespoon water 2 cups cake flour (蛋糕粉)

严格遵守配方和用量是非常重要的,因为找不到符合食谱的食材,例如刚刚提到的semi-sweet chocolate ,如果改用其他种类的巧克力来替代的话很可能因为过甜出现口味差强人意的现象。
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degrees C).
Grease and flour one 9 x 13 inch pan.
Grate the chocolate.
In a small saucepan, boil the milk and chocolate until mixture forms a custard.
Cream the butter or margarine and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream to the creamed mixture.
Dissolve the baking soda in water, and add to the creamed mixture.
Add the flour, and mix thoroughly.
Add the chocolate mixture and beat well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes to one hour.
